New home sales and years of expeience help me highlight to the buyer the valued features of your property. In addition to the purchase and resale of previously owned homes, and the new home market, I am firmly established in "senior" housing. SRES certification has allowed me to expand my services, and at least 50% of my sales are to 'senior citizens'. I have been the subject of a Wall Street Journal article highlighting supeior service to Senior Buyers.
